千貫神輿の巡行です。
午後からは雨も上がりました。
でも、このお祭りは水掛祭りですので、雨でも晴れでもずぶ濡れになります。
It's the parade of "Senkan Mikoshi".
It stopped raining from the afternoon.
But the participants of this festival get wet even if it's rainy or fine day, because they are taken water.
