水花火3("Fireworks of Water")

水花火です。

どうして水花火という名前なのでしょう？

それは、圧縮空気によって水を噴き上げる時に、
ド～ンという花火の様な大きな音がするからです。


It's "fireworks of water".

Why is this performance called "fireworks of water"?

Because you can hear the big tone like the fireworks when it's blown up by compressed air.

水花火です。

６０ｍ位の高さまで、水が噴き上げられます。

六本木の東京ミッドタウンの芝生広場で行なわれています。


It's "fireworks of water".

The Water is blown up about 60m of height.

It's performed at the grass area in "The Tokyo Midtown", Roppongi.

トワイライト時のガンダムです。

いわゆる「マジックアワー」の時間ですね。

時間と共に表情が変わっていきます。

お台場の海浜公園は砂浜になっています。

波が打ち寄せてきます。

ほとんど波の高さはありませんが(^^;

海の灯まつり3(Paper Lantern Festival)

お台場の海浜公園全体に灯りが広がっていました。

人工の砂浜ですが、海という気がしますね。

なかなか幻想的な光景でした。


The light was spread in the whole seaside park in Daiba.

It's an artificial sandy beach, but here is the sea.

It was a very fantastic scene.

海の灯まつり2(Paper Lantern Festival)

この灯りはろうそくです。

ろうそくの灯りの周りを紙で覆っていました。

柔らかな落ち着く灯りですね。


This light is a candle.

永代橋と屋形船です。

近所でライトアップしている橋は、これで最後です。

隅田川の写真撮影スポットですね。

橋と屋形船2("Cyuou-Ohashi bridge" with "Yakatabune")

中央大橋と屋形船です。

屋形船を流してみました。

コンデジですので、バルブ撮影は出来ません。
タイミングが難しい…


It's "Cyuou-Ohashi bridge" and "Yakatabune".

I took the wake of "Yakatabune".

My camera is a compact digital camera, so valve photography is not possible.
Timing is difficult.

勝鬨橋と屋形船です。

隅田川の夜の名物風景ですね。

この屋形船はライトが一番派手なので、私は「サイケ屋形船」と呼んでいます(^^;

佃の盆踊り("Bon Dance")

佃の盆踊りです。

カレンダーでは、お盆だったのですね。

お囃子などは無く、唄と太鼓のリズムだけの静かな盆踊りです。


It is "Bon Dance" at Tsukuda.

"Obon" is the Buddhist custom in Japanese summer.
The family meets ancestor's soul, and spend a time together in a period of "Obon".

One of the events in a period of "Obon" is "Bon Dance".
